I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at MindGeek (Montreal, QC) in Apr 2013
Interview
Very informal, relaxed and easy. They introduce you through an HR girl who gives you the general information of the company and work life and then they bring in the hiring manager to speak about details of the actual job. It seems to be very loose and not too challenging. I think they are happy to hire whoever they can and use the probation period to their advantage. Based on the company and the industry I suspect that they have fairly high turnover.
