I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MindGeek (Montreal, QC) in Nov 2015
Interview
No true phone interview. First contact by phone was to set up the in-person interview two days later. That's also when they tell you that they are in the adult entertainment industry (not mentioned in the job offer, but at least they tell you before you get to the interview, so you can decline the interview offer).

Received a feedback email from HR which had nothing to do with me. However, was nice that they send something at least.
