I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mindbody (London, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
Role play, act like selling a MINDBODY software to a potential customer for example a yoga studio or a fitness centre.
Cold calling role play on how to book a demo.
Demo call to try to sell the MINDBODY solution
Role play in which the candidate has to try to close the deal or schedule a followup to close
It was okay, the manager I interviewed with was rude, asking if the fact that I knew someone that worked there "would be a problem". But overall it was alright, wouldn't haven wanted to work here if I got the job offer.
The process was quick and easy. Basic structure. Typical interview set up. Nothing out of the ordinary. All questions were straight forward. Start method and knowledge of the industry is great to have.
