I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mindbody (San Luis Obispo, CA) in May 2011
Interview
I originally heard about the open position from a professor of mine in college - she recommended me for the position and suggested I apply. After completing the application, I was given a scheduled time to conduct a skills assessment test with 1 hour to complete the assignment and return it via email. I was called in for a 1-on-1 interview as a finalist for the position and it was a piece of cake from there on.

The 1-hour skills assignment was probably the only tough part because it was nerve wrecking - they were certainly testing my ability to work well under a time crunch.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mindbody
Interview
1) Had a 30 minute phone interview with recruiter. Only was asked three or four questions.
2) Took a cognitive assessment and personality test
3) 30 minute zoom call with the team leader. Was more of a discussion than an interview.
Quick and easy. Managers would ask you behavioral and team activity questions not out of the ordinary. Showed tour of office and introduced to some team members. It was a pleasant experience.
I had a straightforward phone interview, then was asked to submit a work sample showing my thought process. After that, I went in for back-to-back interviews, with two people in each. They asked questions about my experience, work style, and had me talk through my work sample
