Initial phone interview with an HR representative that was fairly straight forward and simple. It lead to an in person interview with 2 groups. It took two weeks to get an email saying they had chosen other candidates. It was a pretty organized process

Very conversational interview, no technical questions about finance or accounting were asked. 3 separate interviews: phone interview, interview with managers, interview with potential co-workers. Management seemed very concerned with finding an intern that fit with Mindbody's core values.
