Mindbody Senior Tech Recruiter interview questions

The process with MindBody has been lengthy since my application for the position. I went through three stages of the selection process, and there was always a delay of more than a week between each interview feedback. My last stage involved a cognitive test. I completed the test as requested, but I never received any feedback, not only regarding my performance on the test but also about my progression in the process. The company clearly lacks a focus on the candidate experience.
