Mindera interview questions

Was invited for a technical interview with this company; the meeting lasted nearly two hours, went well, but I received absolutely no feedback afterwards, even after following up with recruiters.

The hiring process took around two months and initially went well, with clear communication through the first three stages. However, the final stage was presented as a “greet & meet” with the client but turned out to be another technical interview, which I was not prepared for due to misleading information. Additionally, the role was described as Java, but the client stated it was 100% Kotlin, showing a clear misalignment. After all this time investment, I only received a generic rejection with no constructive feedback. Overall, the process lacked transparency and respect for the candidate’s time.
