I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mindex (Rochester, NY) in Mar 2023
Interview
Initial contact from internal recruiter. Intro and screening call with the same. Coding exercise. 1-1 with hiring manager. Exercise review and "culture fit" with team (3-1). Another 1-1 with hiring manager (my fault). Great contact from their recruiter—never felt forgotten. My process went long, but that was my fault. They are set up to make a decision in a few weeks if you are responsive and quick with the coding exercise.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mindex (Webster, NY) in Jun 2019
Interview
I had a great experience throughout the interview process. I connected with an in-house recruiter who set everything up and gave me a lot of information up front. I completed a code challenge before the interview that was a straight forward coding exercise you do offline on your own time.
The interview was with three other employees that included another Solution Lead (position I was interviewing for) as well as two Scrum Masters. It was a very friendly and comfortable experience for me.
