Mindex UX Designer interview questions

Received message from recruiter. Process took about a week. Never made it past recruiter. I had to pursue the recruiter when they never responded in a timely professional manner. This is when I received an email stating the lack of Enterprise UX experience. Well to be fair "Enterprise UX" was not listed in the job description. When I responded with my experience in it I was already discarded. In my opinion this was a very shallow thing to discard a very well qualified candidate. Very unprofessional. They have reposted this job before I interviewed and seems they are overly picky in finding what they want. Considering they told me "Things are very competitive with all the layoffs". Not sure what they are looking for but beware they will hit you with things not listed in the job description they want.
