Answering questions online. You had access to the questions once your resume was approved. The process was fast, two days to approve your resume and then you were told where to access the test online. The company is in New York, and the interviewer was in Australia. I was very disappointed with the process as it was not related to the job.

Question 1
Most had to do with creating a pivot Table and a drop box. Items that have nothing with the job description. Creating a Pivot table and creating a drop box is easy. The questions asked were very unclear in my opinion.
