Applied for a tutoring position via an online posting. Several weeks later I received an email from HR thanking me for participating in the interview process and stating I wasn't a good fit based on our discussion during the interview. Interesting as this was the first I'd ever heard from the company! I replied to let them know and received another email that the first contained the wrong message (obviously) and inviting me to stay in touch and explore other opportunities with them. Still not sure they had any idea who they were responding to at that point, think I'll pass!

Interview
I applied through FlexJobs originally for a job handling tutoring and customer support. They then did a quick interview, followed by a GMAT test. I scored a 720/800 on their simulated test, and was then offered an interview, which I passed. It's a nice company to work for; it's a small start-up, so everything is fast-paced and flexible, which I really enjoy.
