There were two rounds of interviews, and they took WAY too long to get back to me between the interviews and after the initial application to step up the first one. Both interviews were done via Skype. First interview was a personal information interview with the CEO. Second interview was a technical interview with the project manager. She didn't ask any questions really. Just gave you a proofreading/reviewing assessment that you had to complete live, while she was watching you on Skype. You watch some YouTube videos that acquaint you with their system, but it's still not so easy because it's a completely new system and the instructions are pretty vague.
