I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Minnesota Autism Center (Minnetonka, MN) in Oct 2016
Interview
A friend sent me the job description and I emailed my resume with an email cover letter. I received an email invitation for an interview 150 miles away, and I was allowed to choose my date and time. The interview was a disappointment: a stony-faced HR person reading a list of questions and writing down two words to my ten. I didn't feel like I really had an opportunity to shine. The facility was beautiful, but the clerical/administrative staff didn't seem very welcoming.

Question 1
How would you react to a situation when a client is in a time of escalation?
It was good and had no issues with the interview. I have nothing else to add, but I have to enter at least 30 words in order to move on, so I am just filling with empty space.
I applied online. I interviewed at Minnesota Autism Center (Eau Claire, WI) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interviewer was very Friendly and informative! Overall, my interview experience was better than I expect. It was more to an casual interview asking some basic questions and giving you some idea on what the job scope is like.
