Interview
Typical process, it lasted about a week and a half. Went smooth and all my questions were answered. The lady who interviewed me definitely knew what she was talking about and our conversation gave me the impression that she really cared about the children they work with. I was pretty nervous but she made me feel welcomed and was nothing but gracious. I received an offer a week later like she said. Could not complain, pretty good offer based on my skills.

Question 1
How would you react to a situation when a client is in a time of escalation?
It was good and had no issues with the interview. I have nothing else to add, but I have to enter at least 30 words in order to move on, so I am just filling with empty space.

Interview
The interviewer was very Friendly and informative! Overall, my interview experience was better than I expect. It was more to an casual interview asking some basic questions and giving you some idea on what the job scope is like.
