It was a typical interview process, I sent in my resume online and got a call for an interview. When I arrived everyone was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed that it was a one on one interview rather than a group or tests. The interview process was mainly questions and they reviewed my MHP qualifications and conducted a background check.

They asked me to tell them one of my strengths and how I would use it in the workplace.
Phone interview was first where they asked you about your experience and how much you are willing to work. In-person interview was second where they asked you situational questions and why you want to work here.

How would you react to a situation when a client is in a time of escalation?
It was good and had no issues with the interview. I have nothing else to add, but I have to enter at least 30 words in order to move on, so I am just filling with empty space.

The interviewer was very Friendly and informative! Overall, my interview experience was better than I expect. It was more to an casual interview asking some basic questions and giving you some idea on what the job scope is like.
