Indecisive and slow, I was approached by a recruiter, interviewed 5 times over the course of 3 months (the last time being impromtu, I thought I was receiving final feedback but was interviewed for an additional hour and ultimately told I that I “may” need to do a 6th interview. I was challenged on my ability to provide difficult feedback & not feel a need to be friends with the people I managed. Strange questions to ask a second time because I’ve been people managing for almost a decade. Ultimately I decided to pull myself from consideration.
