Miracle-Ear interview questions

The whole interview journey was a joyride with a pleasant experience at every stage. 1) The first round of interview was with the HR. It was more of a briefing session about the role and my background/experience check to see if it was a mutually right fit. 2) The second round of interview was with the role's USA counterpart. This round was more of a technical discussion reviewing my past projects and campaign who patiently listened to all the minute details. 3) The final round of interview was with the immediate Hiring Manager and the location was selected at a star location in Downtown. The hiring manager was very pleasant with a smile throughout and clearly outlined the expectations from this role, current standings of the operations and its future goals. I had the opportunity to present my study on their current digital standings which was appreciated. Overall the recruiter was on point with updating me on emails and phone calls about the proceedings and details before every round of interview. This clearly reflects on how well organized the hiring team is and gives a comforting feeling that the employees are in great hands!

The highly unethical woman interviewing me for a corporate role in Canada stated that she needed proof of my current compensation in order to determine what they would pay me. I'm sure that sounds as ridiculous to you as it did to me & raises serious questions about the ethical nature of this company. I withdrew my candidacy immediately.
