The firm conducted a phone screen, technical phone interview, and in-person behavioral interview. Once complete, they extended a verbal offer contingent on a final formal interview with one specific client. The president of the company called me directly to express his excitement which I thought was a classy touch. Unfortunately, when my resume was put forward to the client, he had concerns about my resume as a fit for the position. Based on that feedback, Miracle Systems decided not to move forward with the final interview. While I was disappointed, this worked out for the best. I was impressed by the MS employees that I met and the company sounded like a great fit but I would be uncomfortable being on a services contract where the client has hire/fire control over named team members.
