Technical round -1 focuses more on WLAN basic concepts like connection procedures, Power saving mechanisms, Aggregation , security mechanisms and QOS related questions, Data structures, C etc.....
Technical round -2 focus more on Project related followed by few networking concepts.
Managerial round was with VP and he was very supportive.
Finally, Much awaited HR round with some personal and basic back ground questions.
