First interview was via telephone, the second was to be in person. I only did the first interview. It was a series of questions, e.g. tell us about yourself, then behavioral questions like "Tell us about a time that you had to convince a client...." There was a question "Tell us about what we do" and my desired salary. The recruiter cut me off a few times and seemed to be reading from a bank of questions and typing vigorously. Also, the role was advertised as being in Paris in several places online but it turned out that it would be in London.
