After talking with the HR manager at a career fair, she reached out to me to have an initial interview. I had a behavioral interview with her (based mainly on my past experience). After the initial interview I had a quick call with the hiring manager, as well as two 45 min interviews with members of her team, again primarily based on my past experience.
