It was a good process, with lots of engagement with different senior stakeholders, each of which had a different style of interviewing. The process had several stages, a combination of face to face and telephone interviews, that finished with a panel presentation to the Executive team.

Ce sont succédés différents entretiens avec Talent Acquisition, Sales Manager et différents managers. Les valeurs de la société m'ont clairement été exposées ainsi que la manière dont allait se dérouler les entretiens.

Interview
Le process démarre par un screening par téléphone.
La seconde étape consiste en une demie-journée d'entretiens dans les locaux de Mirakl:
Vous rencontrez des représentants de différents départements (ventes, customer success, Tech, HR) qui testent votre fit avec les valeurs de Mirakl. L'entretien est structuré selon la méthode STAR: on vous demande de parler de situations que vous avez vécues et d'expliquer comment vous avez agi et quels ont été les résultats/conséquences.
L'épreuve qui départage le plus souvent les candidats est celle du panel: il s'agit d'une mise en situation sur un cas client que vous avez préparé à l'avance.
Une partie des entretiens est en anglais.
Vous avez une réponse très rapidement 48-72h après les entretiens.
