I got introduced to the HR by a referral, and met with her for a one-hour face-to-face interview. She explained the company's operations, and its strengths/challenges. Then she asked me to introduce myself and asked a couple of questions on my experiences and expectations. She followed up quickly with 3 interviews with the hiring manager, a team member, and a VP. They each introduced their job, asked me to introduce myself, and asked a couple of behavioral questions. It was a friendly and interesting experience. I felt a strong fit from the start. The whole process took about a week and a half.
