I thought the interview process was very fair and pretty straight forward. For me, personally, it seemed like the process dragged on a bit longer than normal. The reason was because I initially interviewed for a different role, wasn't a fit, but then was offered to consider a different role that had recently opened up. Overall, the interview experience was good. Everyone was very communicative and transparent -- HR was especially good about staying in touch throughout the process with status updates and such. All interviewers would ask situational questions (i.e., how did you handle a time when...) that aligned with the company's values.
