Interview
100% remote. Mirakl sends you an interview prep package describing the different steps in the interview process and what they expect from applicants. Every step of the way, the recruiter explained very clearly what would be the next steps, when I would get a call back and what was expected from me.
Week 1: HR Phone screening : 30-45mins
Week 2: 2 Zoom interviews (45mins each) with Recruiter and Product Manager (direct manager)
Week 3: 2 Zoom interviews (45mins each) with Product Owner (team member) and Lead Developer (team member)

Un premier meeting avec le recruteur pour prendre la température.
Puis 3 meetings prévus avec le recruteur (en détails), un tech lead et le manager et son n+1.
Il faut apprendre la méthode imposée avant l'entretien mais rien de compliqué, l'approche décrite paraît logique.

Processus très rapide et très clair: un appel RH, puis 4 entretiens de 45min avec des employés. Ils posent des questions spécifiques en lien avec leurs 5 valeurs pour mieux comprendre les candidats.
Les RH expliquent parfaitement le processus et vont même jusqu'à poser une question "blanc" pour aider les candidats.
