The interview process consisted of first a phone screening with HR, then a phone call with the hiring manager, then an in person interview with 3 members of the team. At this point in the process, they chose an internal candidate for the role. I kept in touch for a few months until another role opened back up, and had one additional phone interview with the director of HR before they extended an offer.

Interview
After the first discovery call with the talent recruter, I was given the opportunity to have an additional discovery call with my future manager to understand more about the position. After this, I had 4 interviews with different managers and each interview focused on one company value of Mirakl. The HR was very supportive during the whole process and before the interviews started, I received a presentation that helped me to be well prepared. All interviews took place within one working week and I was given an offer 3 days after the last interview. The complete hiring process was well organised and efficient.
