I have applied to this job opportunity and then been contacted by the talent acquisition team for a first phone screen. I have then been validated to go further into the process. I received a very constructive feedback about that first screen and they explained to me in a very clear way the next steps. As they have a specific methodology, they prepared me and put at my disposal all the tools and information that would help me make my interview smooth. The days before the interviews, they were available for any question I would have. It made me more engaged and involved into the process because I felt that empathic side in which the company recognize the stress and complexity that might arise during interviews. These latter were very structured and I have never had such an experience. The whole process was quick. And guess what ? I had an offer and I am now part of this exciting adventure. Thank you to all the people who made me go beyond any fear an interview process might usually brings on.
