Well structured interview process in 3 stages: - phone call with a member of the Talent Acquistion team for initial discussion of the role and my background - meeting with the Hiring manager to go through specific experience and deep dive into the role and the team - Panel interview with 4 groups of people from different departments. It was a very detailed interview looking for very specific examples in order to assess skills, cultural fit and gave an insight into the Mirakl values which are key . Was quite useful for me as a candidate as I managed to meet several team members and ask questions in order to understand better the day to day and how the global Mirakl team collaborates. Overall, was a serious interview process and as a candidate, I felt it was a two-way interview (unlike the ususal one-way) so both parties can understand enough about each other through the type of questions which I appreciated. I was kept informed during the whole process of next steps and that helped with the preparation.

There were a total of four interviews. After the initial recruiter screening, I spoke with the hiring manager followed by three interviews with future peers at Mirakl. The whole interview process was very efficient and straightforward. Each Mirakl individual I interviewed with was very passionate and engaging. All 4 interviews were 45 minutes in length.
