The interview process was extremely quick and efficient. What I enjoyed most about the interview process was that it was the only company I had interviewed for where each interview was a conversation rather than an interrogation. Each interviewer made it abundantly clear that these interviews were not just for them to see if I was a good fit for Mirakl, but more importantly to see if Mirakl was a good fit for me. Each "Mirakl Worker" I had a conversation with was extremely kind, candid and passionate about Mirakl and their role. Right off the bat I could tell that Mirakl is the kind of company that hires employees that don't just talk the talk, but also walk the walk when it comes to their core values.
