Interview
Extremely well established and streamlined interview process. Phone screen with HR rep followed by 3-5 interviews with managers - VP level employees. Then the interviewers will connect as a group, discuss the candidate, and the decision will be communicated to them.
Slightly different than interviewing with other companies as all 3-5 interviews are scheduled within a short time period and you will talk to all interviewers regardless of how the interviews are going.

First interview had more general interview questions like what are you strengths and weaknesses, tell me about a time you did x, and then the later rounds got more specific into marketplaces and asking how you might handle specific situations within the role you’re interviewing for.

Really smooth interview process! Met with the recruiter, hiring manager, and a panel for final round interviews. Process was quick and hr team was incredibly responsive with all follow ups.
