They asked questions about my experience that directly related to the job I was applying for. I appreciated this because by the end I was very clear on the job, duties, and the expectations. It's clear they have ambitious goals and need people to be able to hit the ground running once they start. I did a fair amount of research on the company prior to interviewing. I also spent time writing down differing scenarios over my career that I thought would correlate to the job. I wanted to be prepared when I was asked questions.
