I passed a 45 minutes screening call (way to much for a first call) for a TA position in France , answering million questions from a person I did not even see her face. It was not comfortable, it was not fluent or friendly and the person used to speak super fast. For a first approach, I will describe my experience as negative and it's not a context I will like to work in
