Extremely unprofessional. Their recruiter was dishonest and wasted my time. They should realize that attractive linkedin messages may get them a call, but they are waisting their time and mine when they embellishes leveling, pay, and other variables through her messages.

It was a thorough and well-structured interview process where I spoke to maybe 8 or 9 different people. I was approached by a recruiter to start but then had a couple conversations with my prospective manager after which I went through the full round. Met individually for an hour with EVP's and then did a presentation on a potential client and how Mirakl would kickoff and manage an engagement with them. Very thorough and inspired trust that they are hiring top talent.
