I would describe the interview process with Mirakl using as organised, beneficial and insightful. My first two conversations with the team gave me the opportunity to learn about the business and the role at a top level. It was the perfect introduction to the company and prepared me for the 3 formal interviews to come. The next three interviews were with employees of Mirakl who were also in the same role - but rather working in different regions. From a personal perspective I found this really beneficial as we could delve into the specifics and day to day of the role. Each interviewer had a different approach to the role but yet all had the same objectives giving me a sense of comfort that you could really make this role your own and build out client relationships in the way that suits you. Overall I really enjoyed the interview process and was lucky enough to be offered the role.

The interview process was very enjoyable. 4 Interviews with people from different seniority including peers which it is a great way of knowing your future colleagues. Interviews focued mostly on behavioural questions. For the most part it was very conversational. The only issue at this stage with employees in Australia is that interviewers are in the US as well and finding the right time for interviews can be tricky. Other than that it was great.
