An initial call with the recruiter, then a call with the hiring manager. After those two, you have individual interviews with 3 different team members. These are mostly behavioral questions ("tell me about a time when you had to...."). The last interview was meeting with a senior leader in more of a conversational format. The final piece of the process was to give a short paragraph writing sample in response to a prompt they gave. The recruiter was very informative and great to work with. She kept me up to date with all the steps and how the team was feeling about my candidacy.
