Interview
An invitation to book a time slot in a online calendar. URL did not work so I emailed the recruiter who replied days later.
Interview lasted about 45-50 minutes, via google meet. STAR interview questions. More context about the role and the company was given. I had the opportunity to ask questions. Recruiter said that I would hear from them by the end of the following week or within 2 weeks at the latest and I got a standard and automated email hardly 48 hours after the interview. "We decided to continue with other candidates" type of email that one gets after submitting their resume, without having any interview. I wrote to the recruiter asking for more individualized feedback so that I could improve myself for future interviews. Never heard back. After a 45-min long interview, one can expect a more customized reply.
