I applied online. I interviewed at Miro (Amsterdam) in Jan 2021
Interview
1. HR
2. Hiring Manager (a PM peer)
3. Case interview (filmed via Loom)
4. Case interview (with 2 peer PMs)
5. 4 rounds of 1:1s (i.e. with Head of Growth, engineering lead)...
My experience was good up until the case interview. The case question read very technical and I wasn't sure what level of technical detail was expected from the output, especially in a PM interview - I've done probably a dozen case interviews but never encountered one like this. My interviewers knocked off points for not knowing certain things about the current product (I did my research but obviously didn't discover every feature) and also for not including considerations that were not explicitly stated in the case.
