Very thorough focusing on culture fit as well as past experience. Began with an informal chat with the hiring manager followed by a screen by the recruiter. I then spoke with the hiring manager again before moving onto the final round of 3 different interviews including a mock call, culture focused interview, leadership focused interview and concluding with a deep dive with the hiring managerr.
