I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Miro
Interview
Have a great conversation with the recruiter to learn about the company's high growth and what they were looking for in the management position.
I was then moved forward to speak with the hiring manager to learn more about the team and the goals they had for the team in the new year.
Unfortunately, things didn't work out which is understandable. However, one recommendation for a high-growth company, I would suggest following up on feedback for the candidate. I had reached out to the recruiter to learn more but never heard back.
