I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Miro (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Applied for the role via an internal referral, had a 30 minute screener with the hiring manager. Got the greenlight and they set up a call with the department director. Aced that and moved on to the 2 hour panel interview and the demo. I prepared extensively, performed a very good demo (the audience said as much), received very positive feedback and let me know that I'd be hearing back very soon. Was promptly ghosted and still have not heard a peep, even after reaching out to the hiring manager twice. All in, a huge waste of my time and the fact that they can't even reach out with a "Thanks but we've decided on another candidate" speaks volumes about this organization.
