The interview process consisted of 4 rounds. The first interview with the recruiter, second interview with hiring manager. The third rounds consisted of 3 talks with 3 Mironeers based at various office locations/departments. The final interview was with the Head of People Ops. The various interviews seemed to focus on getting to know me, not only professionally, but also personally. A strong emphasis throughout the process seemed to be way you fit culturally within the team and organisation at large, along with your fit within the particular role. Because I spoke to quite a few different people throughout the process, I feel that I got a comprehensive impression of the people and culture at Miro, at least within my particular team. The interviews were casual in nature, which allowed a nice dialogue on both professional and personal experiences. There was plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The whole process took about 6 weeks, with slight delays due to the busy time of year.
