Interview
Basic questions The interviewer was late on the call and made no apologies at all She did not turn on the camera during the whole interview process The interviewer had a condescending tone which was pretty annoying and did not listen to what I said. She had a premade list of questions and did not interact at all. As my answers were answering the next questions she asked the interviews did not make any sense. No wonder why they got rid of 7% of their staff I decided to tell her straight away that I was not interested anymore to apply for the role Good luck 👍 for the next candidate

Interview
Interview with the Hiring Manager.
The interview felt pretty standard, with questions you typically encounter for this type of role. However, given that the position is meant to be strategic, the answers I received didn’t feel as high-level as expected. Perhaps my experience working at larger companies influenced my perspective, but for a role in an enterprise environment, the expectations for a Customer Success Manager seemed more aligned with entry-level responsibilities.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Miro (Austin, TX) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process is in-depth with several rounds to ensure both you and Miro are the right fit. The recruiters are incredible with tons of insight and there if you need them. The mock QBR is the third round and the most stressful, but as long as you prepare using their prompt it was a great step. This type of interviewing should be the gold standard, but don't expect an offer in a week!

Question 1
Classic questions around difficult clients, saves, and how you organize and target your book of accounts. I never felt like there were any curveball questions or an attempt to trip me up.
