I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Miro (Amsterdam) in Jun 2023
Interview
The process took 6 weeks of multiple interviews, home assignment and then more interviews. The first part was going well, responsive recruiter and nice people to be interviewed by. I went through all the cycle and then they disappeared for a month. No indication if I passed or failed, even though I spent about 15 hours on this process. I wrote the recruiter, then he finally sent me an email that I didnt pass and suggested to schedule time to explain. I scheduled time, but in the same day, 30 min before the call I got rescheduled to another day without coordinating with me. Then several weeks passed with no answer at all. I emailed him again, then he scheduled 15 min call, where he had not much to say besides that they picked someone with more experience than me..
