Interview
I enjoyed my first screening call but during the second round, I spoke with a Russian recruiter who was skeptical and negative as soon as she joined the call. Questioned my career growth with a weird attitude. Not friendly at all. She seemed to only have one way of seeing things and wasn't open to different approaches; just had bad energy overall. I've heard from others who have interviewed with her that she treated them the same. It left a bad taste, which is unfortunate as I really like the product and company overall.
