Being the largest employer in WNC, it is extremely hard to land an interview at Mission. Prior to this interview, I had been applying for years with no response. I received a call from the Coordinator inviting me to the interview. From there, it was all relatively easy. We talked about my background, how hard it is to get into Mission, my goals, and she had me tell her what my interpretation was of the MERIT value system. I was basically hired on the spot, pending the background/drug screen. HR contacted me after that was complete to formally extend the offer.
