Automated process where you have to do a Coderbyte test, upload salary expectations, upload a video "interview", etc. All of this before you talk to a human of course. I did the coding test first since I've been burned by wasting hours on stupid Leetcode tests before, but the questions they asked were mostly relevant to the actual job (more string parsing than I would have preferred but whatever. A few related to git commands.) Then I entered my salary expectations and was immediately rejected. I asked for $130k USD for a senior role and they "suggested" $110k, which is honestly just offensive.
