I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mission Lane (Richmond, VA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Step 1: Pretty casual phone interview with the recruiting team to gauge general fit for the job
Step 2: More in depth phone interview with someone from the position's department. Went through a standard case interview that had both technical problems to solve (calculating costs, profit/loss, etc) as well as more strategic questions (what would you do to increase the business's profits?).
Step 3: In person interview - relatively long interview where you meet with several people in the company. One or two more case interviews and a few interviews that gauge if you will be a good cultural fit for the company.

Interview
Combination of business cases and general interviews. Interviewers where very friendly and seemed happy to be there. Hiring manager provided the case and was very helpful and engaging throughout. I walked away impressed with the process and will be better prepared for future cases.
