I made it as far as Step 2.
After steps 1 and 2 I emailed the interviewer thanking them for their time, after I received a canned rejection email after step 2 I emailed the emailer back asking for any feedback so I could work on any shortcomings. None of my emails received a response.
The 30 minute case study, interviewer was a few minutes late, was about a fictitious company and given several data points to work with (fixed costs, variable costs, etc).
I answered the math questions correctly, later double checked my answers.
One question was how to reduce expenses, I laid out a laundry lists of ideas from; SEO, bulk mailing, reduce employee commissions but given a fixed rate, smaller office space, etc.
Overall, lackluster experience with a lack of communication from the company. The case study answers were correct but no feedback given as to why. Rejection letter was a canned response, I did not apply for the position a recruiter reached out to me directly, I feel a more personal response is needed then.
