The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mission Lane (New York, NY)
Interview
1st interview with HR
2nd interview with another delivery manager
3rd - 7th interview one in one with various people from engineering, product to manager over 30 to 45 mins over 2 days. Some were very well others very uncomfortable. Felt that I was an inconvenience to others. Got the impression that some of the interviewers were not sure even what type of delivery manager they were looking for. The job post and what they wanted did not line up.
Did not get an offer and just got the generic email. (Really not surprised or sure I would have fit in) would recommend that after all that time, provide feedback to the candidates.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Mission Lane (Richmond, VA) in Aug 2021
Interview
Initial phone screening with Recruiter, next step call with member of team, next process of multiple interviews with different team members (one day four hrs or spread out among two days). Took about a month or so for entire process.
