What are you looking for in your next role?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mission Lane (Richmond, VA) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview process was great - at each stage, the interviewers were very clear about the role, the company, and also expectations of the job. Each person I interviewed with was smart, professional, and had a lot of knowledge about the space. They made themselves available for several follow-up calls after the interviews for questions and concerns. I also liked how intentional they are with hiring - they make sure you are a fit for an area within the company to set you up for success if you join.
The stages were as follows -
- Initial Screen Call
- Product/ Job Fit Interview
- Analytical Case Study
- Product Case Study
